Could he be interested?

I have a crush on this guy at my school who is 14 years older than me (just now in college because he was in the military.) we were hanging out tonight, and he said he needs to stop being so critical of people. I told him he thinks he's more critical than he is, and he disagreed, so I told him to tell me EXACTLY what he thinks about me. He said he can't think of anything bad to say about me, but he thinks I'm a really nice, easygoing girl, and he enjoys spending time with me. He told me a few days ago that he likes a girl at his job, but he's not going to make a move. She has the same name as me, isn't that weird?
