What is the possible law charges for dishonesty case? is it by imprisonment?

I had an accident during work hours but my company refused to pay the hospital bills. Instead, they lent me the amount with the agreement that they will deduct it with my monthly salary. But some things happened and they terminated me from work. I needed money so I tried to reimburse the hospital bill receipt from my health insurance and I got the money. My company knew that I got the money and told me that they will file a case against me..what are the possible charges or punishment for this..By the way, I am in UAE and the accident also happened here.
