Sunkist cause a chemical change in blood sample over time?

probably a stupid question- was wondering if its possible if a daily over-consumption of Sunkist orange soda cause a chemical reaction in a blood sample and convert any of the ingrediants into an alcohol that would significantly raise a bac reading- i know theres a lot of chemicals in a soda - which i dont have a clue about - but wondered if besides a possible reaction to body heat while chemicals are in your bloodstream if after a blood sample is taken and sent away for testing if the chemicals could cause a fermentation of some kind in the test tube/container or change composition with being mixed with whatever chemicals are used to keep the blood "fresh" to convert to an alcohol that could be misread at time of testing.. average consumption for me is 12-18 cans a day.. bad habit i know but we all have our vices..
