Do you believe it is the woman's job to already have the drinks poured by the time dinner is served?

The problem with this is that if it is a hot drink it can become lukewarm or if it is a cold drink it can become less chilled by the time everyone sits down for dinner. This is why traditionally, everyone sits down AND THEN the woman pours the drinks for everyone.
