A wife that stubbornly refuses to have with her husband at least 3-4 times a week is a bad wife! Agree?

I firmly believe that if a wife refuses to have with her husband because she is too tired or not in the mood and that it is the rule and not the exception then she is a bad wife. No matter what, if she is physically able, the wife needs to not only consent to have with her husband at least 3-4 times a week (if that is his fervent desire), but do her very best to participate and enjoy it. She should agree to a schedule, should spontaneity not be her thing, and stick to it or reschedule for a mutually agreed upon time. If the wife is totally unwilling to uphold this vital degree of intimacy, she has effectively severely damaged the marriage contract and cannot have consistent expectations of the husband in other areas. I know that the majority of men agree wholeheartedly with this. How do the men and women here feel about this?
