Is shooting steel cased ammo in a bolt action bad?

i know that semi auto rifles are picky on ammo but i was looking into getting a 223 bolt action rifle and was just checking prices of ammo. to be specific im most likely going to get the remington 700 sps with a heavy barrel. if anyone has any experience or info on steel cased ammo in a bolt action that would be much appreciated
