Why is everything so confusing these days?

I'm only 14 but im mature. So ok the thing is, i think this world is getting out of control. People can get imprisoned on technicalities such as being involved with a criminal with no wrong intention. Also, everything must come with a warning label, WHY? So that kids don't sc their knees?! STUPID! and while im at it, who are these stupid people which put these rules in place? Yeah, i say people because they are people so why don't they act like it? have they never fallen off a swing as a child? It's not the end of the world so why spend money taking preventative measures. Come to think of it I know why; Americanism- the american culture and practice of claiming compensation has alienated all businesses, authorities and the UK as a whole. I know that I have just answered my own question, but my problem is there is no need for it. They need some ganja to make them chill. Oh wait- that is an illegal substance, but not because it is harmful- oh no! tobacco and alcohol do more damage but wait. This problem roots to... MONEY!!! yup, wonderful money- the root of all evil. The government doesn't get a tax on it so we cant enjoy it. Also it is illegal because it is a cheap alternative to timber in the manufacture of paper, so the timber industry hates it. Everything is footed around and i personally am sick of all the bureaucracy.
