Fridge/freezer? bought in January, end of March it stopped working(defrosted all food spoilt) PCB replaced.?

ok for 2 weeks. started to go again. Phoned the company I got it off, was told to unplug and leave for 15 mins. After 48 hours it was ok, but 2 days later it has gone again. The engineer said it was because the compressor oil had moved due to the doors being changed over(had to lie it flat), But it was switched off for 2 weeks whilst waiting for the PCB to arrive. I feel I am being fobbed off, any advice from an engineer would be grateful. Sorry for long winded story.
