I locked my phone.I entered the PIN wrong 3X on my Motorola w220. now its showing sim error?

With the SIM you have right now, u must have gotten some papers with the SIM card info on it. On that paper should include you SIM's PIN and PUK numbers...including ur PUK1 and PUK2.The PUK1 is what ur phone requests from entering wrong PIN codes .Look at that information and you should c ur PUK number. However if you lost those papers you can get your puk number online by entering you sim card information on some special website. Or call ur service provider and tell them ur SIM card info and they'll tell u ur PUK code from there. If your phone says SIM error take out then put back in ur Sim card then type in ur PUK # when it asks for it.
