Is it still possible for me to play football in college?

I played one whole year of pal league football when I was in the 4th grade and like more then half a year of flag football afterwards. I stopped cause I lost confidence in my left arm because it was broken, but I survived many other injuries that like a juggled spinal cord, plenty of kicks in the face, jammed fingers and pulled muscles but the broken arm really stopped me from playing in high school. I still have the talent and physical shape, I am 6"2, 162 pounds and fast and I have always had a talent for catching...Basically a wide receiver, I plan on Joining the National Guard because I want to go to college, and my question is, how can I join a college football team if I don't have high school sports experience? I will be a freshmen and I am 19 right now. I will be joining the guard for college money and physical conditioning and also ties into my education, but I really want to pick up sports again. I am thinking about going to Eastern Michigan, or a Christian college or Ball state Indiana and others in Florida like UCF
