How do i tell or advise my friend what to do in this case?

My friend married an Indian boy from Tanzania who is 8 years elder to her. The marriage took place partly on arranged and partly on short courtship basis. They happily married and flew to Bali for their honeymoon. The girl witnessed and got worried when the boy was avoiding her in the night and when I forced her to confront him as what is going on, he confessed to her that he is having erecting problem and his doctor has advised him to marry a younger girl to excite and revive the potential energy back to him however since the girl is Indian and never has done the other acts or helping him to get erecting into her he is left cold feet. She says she is shy and she has ethical and cultural values and thinks the other act as cheap and below dignity. Their problem stayed and doesn't know what to do. He ured her that with given time and medication he will be alright and he will consummate the marriage but nothing seems to work. He showers her with his love and affection and he is very considerate and always takes her care. He begs her to give him time and her love to get over his problem. My friend is torn between the liking for him and the fact that he has cheated her. Her husband's brother is advancing on her and at a time she feels the urge to let it go and have the as he is very attractive but tries hard to ignore his advances. She has related this incident but her husband ignored the question. I have explained her to file for a divorce but she says she was cheated and that she will finish her incomplete college education and recovers money that she has lost on her marriage and then ditch him for good. What best possible advice you folks seriously and sincerely can give her.
