Dont you find it weird that jericho is getting less of push on sd than raw?

In singles, which in wwe is most important, I mean he won the world title twice, now on sd he is losing all the time in singles matches even to jtg. Usally sd more stars get a bigger push like punk, or even like hhh. Now tag team he is getting more of a push, but he is a singles guy first.
