Has anyone heard about switchblade laws in NY changing?

People have been telling me that NY changed their laws on switchblades but I can not find where it is listed that people can now carry switchblades. I was wondering if anyone else has heard anything about it. I would like to get an out the front switchblade. Thanks for any replies.
