How 2 put the hearts by your name?

I cant figuer out how tou put the hearts by my name on my emails cuz they r soooooOOOOoooooOOOOooo cute! Ohhhh ya i tried alt and 3 at the same time annd i tried &hearts!!!! IT DOSENT WORK!!!!!!!!!! i need help on how to do that! PLZZ
