How do I get members to stop sending me unsolicited emails?

I am not a member of any Group, but recently, I responded to a question on Yahoo! Personals. Someone took my email and sent it to others in that Group and now I am receiving their marketing materials, emails, etc. I need to Unsubscribe from this Group, although I never subscribed to it. Any suggestions?
