How much should I charge for rooms in a Hollywood Hills home?

Me and my friend have a 4 bedroom and 4.5 home in the Hollywood Hills with floor to celling french doors, a giant pool, a covered cabana, wood floors and exquisite tile! Since we only use two of the room we were thinking about renting out the other rooms. We would have utilities covered so how much should we charge just for the rooms? Thanks :)
