Need Sims 2 cheat (werewolf)?

Okay i deleted the original towns and neighborhoods to make my own but whenever i try to make someone a werewolf nothing happens becuz i can't see the whole "leader of the pack" thing under the NPC or something, help me!!!! Or if it doesn't work with other neighborhoods how do i undo deleting neighborhoods?
