Older rat with loss of balance (need answers ASAP)?

Loss of balance and a head tilt are very serious when presenting together. It could be an ear infection or a tumor. I would lean more toward tumor, as the antibiotic would have possible cleared an infection. You should get back to the vet ASAP, you may need a stronger or a different anti-biotic if it is an infection.
