What are they talking about in seinfeld?

"The move" was the central ual move they kept riffing on but the pinch and swirl references weren't anything literal. The writers used those terms to help vaguely illustrate that there could be more than just "the move." It really wasn't a reference to anything in particular, just trying to give the viewer some kind of odd visual on their own. Kind of a "make your own joke in your head" out of these words thing. That's all.
