Why do you people still disagree that Japanese car brands make top quality cars? Read my statement then reply?

People often disagree because they are citizens of the US and would rather buy US vehicles and NOT admit that the Japanese build better quality cars. I used to think this way until 2005 when I leased an Acura TL for my wife and purchased an Acura TSX for myself. Both these cars build quality and reliability was far superior to that of any US car maker. I continue to believe that the Japanese have the edge in quality of build, but Ford is catching up, finally. I currently drive a 2008 Bullitt Mustang and although it is great fun for a guy in his middle 50's it's build quality is still far below the Acura. Japanese have a better work ethic than we do in the US in my opinion.
